Description:
Volume 3 of this ever-fabulous hand-assembled
compilation made up of (mostly) Bay Area bands.
It's like a freaking billboard for our bands,
with three of them taking part.
As with the previous Translation comps,
the songs are like a smart, genre-bending, mix
tape from a dear friend. All the songs are fantastic,
but it's The Roots of Orchis'
cover of "Possibly Maybe" that will
steal your heart. Yes, the Bjork song, covered
by the instrumental band, it's a lofty task, but
the results are stellar.
